Sometimes I forget and get caught up in stress and busyness. But each time I return to my breath, my steps, my senses, I feel that gentle reminder, peace is here when I pause to see it.

Take a moment today to check in with your heart. Sit still, close your eyes, and place a hand on your chest. Notice the rise and fall of each breath. Feel gratitude for this moment. Even one minute of this gentle pause can brighten your day.
